Explore adding a simple interactive playground with quarto-pyodide

Could be separate chapters or made available at end of each chapter - but I'm concerned that extra loading for each page would be unnecessary. Not particularly data or eco friendly. May therefore be better to provide a single page per section with interactive models (perhaps separate tabs - one per chapter).
