Add chapter on concurrent waits

Question came up in teaching on having a single patient waiting simultaneously for multiple activities.

e.g. a patient referral who is then referred out to physio and occupational health but those may not always happen in the same order and don't rely on the other having taken place.

Show approaches to modelling this.
