Chapter on alternative resource types

Good query came up about how to model something like vaccines in a vaccine clinic.

Need deliveries, usage of vaccines, spoilage etc,

Think containers https://simpy.readthedocs.io/en/latest/topical_guides/resources.html#containers are a good option here.

Would be nice to include this as a healthcare example. Potentially applicability for pharmacy or general logistics modelling that may be of interest to the HSMA cohort.

Might also be nice to include some overview of stores and their benefits (e.g. being able to track resource IDs for visualisation purposes and tracking resource usage at a per-resource level - may have already touched on this in one of the chapters on metrics and will go into the viz chapter too, but good to have a clearer overview of stores in advance)
