Additional / decommissioned / "previously featured" flash track lists

Pending hsmusic/hsmusic-wiki#295, we'd like to have some way to indicate that particular flashes have historically included different tracks than are currently featured. This is a meta-issue outlining currently known cases, which may inform the presentation of this feature when we actually implement it.

• Tracks by Bill Bolin, in general
  • These were all replaced with new or alternate tracks from other members of the music team, which are currently listed on the flash pages. They're the earliest and main driver for this feature.
• Touched-up Desynced flashes with some track variations
  • Check in with Jebb for details. "Question, what to do if there are old versions of flashes which were remade later and aren't used anymore" (#hsmusic-chat).
