The problem you want to solve.

Currently, only severity levels can be configured without support for rule options using inline rules

Your take on the correct solution to problem.

Currently in src/core/core.ts inline ruleset are parsed
Here options must be able to be used in a way to be defined

Are you willing to submit a pull request to implement this change?
