I think is probably related to the shift on 2018-07-01 from the Alexa list to the Chrome UX list of sites. The URLs for many sites changed from http to https and also the Chrome UX seems to list domains only: for examply, the old list used to treat different YouTube channels as distinct sites but this no longer the case.
