[Feature Request] Language support for individual endpoints

It would be nice if https://http.cat/420?lang=cat returned something similar to:

[rogeriopvl]

Thanks for the suggestion @edwardgalligan . That would require considerable effort since it requires manually editting all the images multiple times (for each supported language). So I'm closing this for now.
