Describe the bug
feedparser-promised which we used to parse RSS feeds has been deprecated - possibly partially because it uses request which is also deprecated. More concerningly, it fails to read some feeds. e.g. https://digitaldexterity.edublogs.org/feed/ fails.

This library should be replaced, possibly with rss-parser. This will need thorough testing against all currently listed blogs.
