이슈 내용

ESLint 버전 9 부터 default 설정파일이 eslint.config.js 로 바뀜

기존에 사용중이던 .eslintrc.js 에서 대거 오류 발생 + 패키지 모듈 버전 충돌 문제

해결 방안

eslint.config.js 로 변환

deprecated 제거 (eslint-parser -> @babel/eslint-parser)
