tomcat下运行java文件不生效 #2

之前想把项目引入Eclipse下运行调试学习学习，结果失败。就按作者知道先在tomcat下直接运行，结果只有静态文件生效，java文件不生效。

Java文件不生效，这个怎么理解？前端页面或者控制台有打印什么错误信息吗？
