Contribution guidelines

Workflow

Develop on a feature branch and send a pull request against the appropriate release branch for review.
- Releases in development will have their own branches. For example: release-1.2 or release-1.1.2
Assign the pull request to one of the following contacts. They will review and merge into master.
- Primary: Mike Selander @mikeselander
- Primary: Matthew Haines-Young @mattheu
- Secondary: Joe Hoyle @joehoyle
Stable releases are tagged from master
