Having issues SSHing into the salty box which means i cant install the geoip pecl package or run composer to install the Maxmind API maxmind.github.io/GeoIP2-php/ - this means that all my attempts of adding the ability to get the timezone based on geoip currently have failed. Will ask for help when people are back in the room.

TODO:

• To modularise the timezone user meta display so that it can be extended in the future with action hooks instead of how it currently is. Means that we could add more points of entry in the future. and allows the base code to be just the manual option.
• Need to add in some data checks before storing the data.
• Add in Work Hours array display.
• Add on API points

note to self: in geoip module- add in check to see if they have geoip extension installed. & research possibolity of installing composer stuff over php.
