As an admin, create a custom page with 'admin only' visibility -> a logged in user cannot access to that page.

As the admin, allow the visibility of that page to all the users -> the already logged in user is redirected to the login page, whereas he should just be allowed to go to that page.

Hmm, I cannot reproduce that. Can you please provide exact steps to reproduce?
