Unable to deny invitation to private space #3313

What steps will reproduce the problem?

I have created a private space and send an invitation to another user. The other user clicks Deny Invite.

What is the expected result?

The invitation is deleted and the other user can no longer access the private space.

What do you get instead?

After clicking Deny Invite, the page shows

Oooops... It looks like you may have taken the wrong turn.
You are not permitted to access this section.

The invitation persists and cannot be denied. It's only possible to accept it and then revoke the space membership.
