Update Notification Causes System Warning

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Click the "View Online" button in the email that says "There is a new HumHub Version".

What is the expected result?

Show me some useful info about the new version.

What do you get instead?

If the button is clicked while logged in as a a different (non-admin) user, the site displays...

During the next successful login as the admin user, the Notification badge briefly appears, disappears, and then this message shows up in the admin's Logging tab...
