Old custom url persists after deleting custom page

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. add custom page thorugh admin menü, e.g. select html
2. define a custom url
3. delete page
4. create new page
5. use the same custom url from deleted page on the new page

What is the expected result?

When accessing the custom url i get the content from the new page

What do you get instead?

I get the content from the deleted page

Additional info

deleting cache didn't help

workaround:

• access deleted page by changing the id in the browser url (not sure if this intended to work btw)
• delete custom url from deleted page and save
• save new page (?)
