qemu 运行无输入，如果设置 -nographic 则完全卡住，只能手动kill 进程；
ubuntu16.04 apt install 的版本上是2.5;也手动编译了4.1.0，结果一样

应该是代码写得有问题吧，用原作者的代码能跑通吗？

我用的Ubuntu20.04，用作者的代码跑没有问题

可以试一试直接运行命令

qemu -fda floppy.img -boot a

如果不行的话用别的 floppy.img 软盘镜像试试看

P.S. 我在 macOS上是可以的，qemu 是 brew 安装的

qemu-system-i386 --version
QEMU emulator version 4.2.0
