Wi-Fi Tethering does not work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable Wi-Fi Tethering
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
AP Tethering should be "Enabled", it shows "Error" instead

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
HTC Sensation 4G, Hypersensation CM7.1, 0.8F

Please provide any additional information below.
Wi-Fi Tethering does not work with this Kernel, but it does work with every 
other kernel I flash with this ROM.

I will look into this as soon as I am back on cm7. Anyone else @cm7 and would 
like to comment on this?

Switched to cm7 and tested it, works on my phone flawless.
