회전 중 타이머 관련 개선 필요 #4

충돌 직전상태에서 회전시키면 1회에 한해서 타이머를 초기화 해주는 것으로 개선 필요할 것으로 보임. 충돌직전에 회전시키다가 예상보다 빠르게 고정되어 불만족스러운 경험 발생.

+) 타이머 초기화 보다는 시간 추가가 적절해보입니다.
