Tag parenting feature is difficult to use and visualise

As a new user of Athena, it took me about 10-15 minutes to understand fully how to add parent tags and match it to specific contacts. It was also hard to visualise how the different tags are related to one another.

Personally, I feel that the normal tag feature is sufficient and I would not play around with trying to create the parent tags.

Perhaps something to work on is to improve the description in your UG as well as using some visual aid to help users view relationships between tags! (Maybe using arrows to point from child tags to parent tags)
