Edit Album not working #6

When you edit an Album, for example changing the name, when you press "save", it creates a new album without pictures. Whatever you do when editing an album, when you press "save" a new album is created in addition to the existing one.
Tests made with FireFox, Chrome, IE, Safari
fresh elgg new installation, Elgg 1.8.16.
here is my configuration: Apache 2.4.2, PHP 5.4.3, MySQL 5.5.24
