Describe the bug
When fusing QSR under the Plasma tab, the fuse button remains disabled when the amount of QSR is entered before selecting the beneficiary address.

The Fuse button will be enabled when the amount of QSR is changed after a beneficiary adres is selected.

To Reproduce

  1. Launch Syrius v0.0.6
  2. Switch to an address with at least 10 qsr
  3. Goto Plasma tab
  4. Enter 10 or more QSR to fuse
  5. Select a beneficiary address

Expected behavior
The Fuse button stays disabled
