Consul开启ACL后，会要求调用的API都传X-Consul-Token才能正常返回和注册服务，框架内目前没有实现，虽然可以通过重写来实现，但建议增加配置，ACL的开启需求还是比较多的

Consul开启ACL后，会要求调用的API都传X-Consul-Token才能正常返回和注册服务，框架内目前没有实现，虽然可以通过重写来实现，但建议增加配置，ACL的开启需求还是比较多的

query 中添加 token 也可以解决
