Add method for automatically using contact host and port

rename existing send method SendTo and create a Send method that gets host and port from contact and uses SendTo
or
create new method SendToContact that wraps Send and automatically gets the contact host and port

third way Send -> SendTo, Send wraps SendTo, SendToContact wraps SendTo with auto contact
