This is now ready for review. I think I covered most breaking changes (manually updated a wallet and went through all chages), but could be I missed some items (especially related to server deployemnts). We can always add more later on. Some code snippets are based on currently open PRs, but those have already been accepted. Haven't added the update assistant scripts to the snippets folder yet as that PR hasn't been merged yet, would like to address that in a separate PR (would like to get this released so I can share it with people to see if they have any other breaking changes) |

Adds most of the documentation for migration to 0.2.0. Still need to do the credentials module.
Are there any other breaking changes you have noticed that we shoiuld mention here? We can also add them later as we discover them, but would be good to cover as much as possible.
