make prep fails when applying patches.

patching file /tmp/linux-sgx/linux/installer/common/psw/install.sh
patching file /tmp/linux-sgx/linux/installer/bin/install-sgx-psw.bin.tmpl
Hunk #1 FAILED at 30.

Quick fix would be to pin commit 08c2457.

Longterm solution: We create and maintain our own dockerfile and thereby reduce the dependency.
