Can't find the deploy() method of Contract that's defined in the web3j docs

In web3j docs, I see the below code to deploy a private smart contract:

final HumanStandardToken tokenAlice =
        HumanStandardToken.deploy(
                        nodeAlice,
                        tmAlice,
                        ZERO_GAS_PROVIDER,
                        BigInteger.TEN,
                        "eea_token",
                        BigInteger.TEN,
                        "EEATKN")
                .send();

However, I am not able to find this overloaded version of deploy() method. I am using web3j-maven-plugin version 4.6.5 to compile my solidity files to java files.
