The project "tire-a-part" has a lot of unpublished articles stored in a directory. The problem is that nobody can't use them. The aim of this task is to make them workable.

What do you mean exactly?
A lot of documents in the project?

The one who can change the state from "unpublished" to "published" can be the author or the one who uploads the file.
Usually the two persons are the same one.

An idea is to let the author choose the state of his article when he's creating/importing it.
If he chooses to set the article to unpublished, then after saving it a popup will ask him if he wants to bookmark the page or to be emailed the URI.
So he can come back to his article without having it shown alongside other articles.
