Client's "create a free account or log in" banner is different height than adjacent "Hide Highlights" button #326

Is this an easy design fix? Make the "create a free account or log in" banner a few pixels less tall, so it's the same height as the eye button, and align them?

Neither the tops nor the bottoms of these two buttons are aligned, and they're different heights:
