Description

The resizeactive and resizewindowpixel dispatchers ignores the minimum and maximum window size. This leads to inconsistent behavior, as window can be resized further with keybinds, but can't be resized with the mouse drag, e.g resizewindow.

How to reproduce

1. Set minimal size for some window
2. Set binds for resizing, for example binde = SUPER, W, resizeactive, 0 -20 etc, probably with submap
3. Try to resize window to smaller size, than minsize with mouse drag and binds
