Bug or Regression?

Bug

Description

When waking up from 'hyprctl dispatch dpms off' after passing >2:20 min by
'hyprctl dispatch dpms on' the lock screen (hyprpaper) is zoomed in (looks like
1920x1080 version on 2560x1440 monitor) and the status bar (eww) crashes or
closes. Other weird bugs in programs appear, e.g teamspeak3 looses all icons.
Sometimes the workspace is changed.

This is only fixed by reopening the affected programs. Most of the times I need
to restart Hyprland to turn everything to normal.

I think my monitor "LG UltraGear 27GP850P-B" goes after 2:20 min into a deeper
energy saving mode from which it needs a second (or a little bit of time) to
wake up. I guess Hyprland kills the Hyprland monitor before the LG monitor is
able to respond.

How to reproduce

  1. execute 'hyprctl dispatch dpms off'
  2. wait >2:20 min
  3. execute 'hyprctl dispatch dpms on'
