Description

Changing the windowsOut animation in the config file does nothing, but changing the windowsIn animation affects both windowsIn and windowsOut,

How to reproduce

Set the windowsOut animation to something different from windowsIn.

I don't know how long this bug has existed, I just assumed it was a regression since it seems like something that would have been caught when initially implementing the animations.
