This is a humble request to add support for animated backgrounds, there are some other utilities. I like to see a efficient wallpaper utility like hyprpaper support animated wallpapers.

Why not.
For more detail, Why not? I mean there are other utilities and I may use them until hyperpaper allows the use of animated wallpapers. It's all personal perfernce, I am just tired of stale images rotting away on my desktop.

Some wallpaper utilities like enkei has dynamic wallpaper support (the last commit goes back to 2 years ago ;-;) or limited animation support like swww, and afaik none of them handles HEIC...
As the Hyprland ecosystem(?) is getting quite a bit of traction this would be a good feature for customization.
Maybe you could even consider adding dynamic HEIC wallpapers support ? (the same format macOS uses, some examples: https://dynamicwallpaper.club)

biggest problem is I am one person, and I have already enough on my head.

hyprpaper is really not made for any form of animation on the wallpapers and such functionality would pretty much require me to rewrite it
