When running bin/magento i18n:translate-csv without you having configured an API key, it just runs like everything is fine and dandy and doesn't output an error.

I think we should add a little bit of some checking first, to make sure there is an API key, and maybe some error handling for when the API key is invalid.

Might send in a PR when I find some time 🙂
