Can you reproduce this issue on default Wordpress theme (eg Storefront)?

The website is working, I can't change the template

Can you reproduce this issue when all other plugins are disabled except WooCommerce, Polylang and Hyyan WooCommerce Polylang Integration?

The web is working, I can't stop the plugins.

What product versions and settings are you using when this issue occurs?

  • PHP: 7.3.16
  • WordPress: 5.3.3
  • WooCommerce: 4.0.1
  • Polylang: 2.7.2
  • Hyyan WooCommerce Polylang Integration: 1.4.3

Steps to Reproduce

  1. See products in category (spanish): https://marketplacenewyork.com/categoria/anillos/
  2. See products in same category (english): https://marketplacenewyork.com/en/categoria/rings/

What I Expected

The products should be the same in the category (in Spanish and English).
Spanish is the main language.

What Happened Instead

The same products do not appear.

Possible problem:

Try turning off or clearing WP Fastest Cache or other plugins.
My guess is that a caching layer has cached an old version of the category pages before the other English translations were published.

For example when using Redis caching I found it is specifically necessary to exclude 'product_cat' from caching.

Although WooCommerce 4.x is not explicitly supported by released versions of this plugin I am testing 4.2.2 and not seeing this type of problem.

go to WooCommerce, Products, Categories, normally /wp-admin/edit-tags.php?taxonomy=product_cat&post_type=product
and check:

  • are there any categories with duplicate slug? This could break the system.
  • are the categories correctly linked to their translations

if so, it should work, but if not please reopen with more details.

Good morning,

I've checked the following:

  • The categories are well translated. No duplicate slugs.
  • I cleared all cache and disabled the cache plugin. (After the tests I activated it again).
    But all the products in the categories are still missing.

For example:

Fails mainly with variable products. Although sometimes it does not show some simple ones either.
What can happen?

can you try on a test copy of the site disabling other plugins and switching to a standard theme?
What is the current state of your Product/Categories? can you get a screenshot or export of that?
