Home page changed when deleting other pages

mojoPortal automatically chooses the "home page" from the "root" level pages; whichever page has the lower sort order number is the "home page".

This is by design but leads to issues if you delete a page with children and one of those children happen to have a lower sort order number than the "home page" of the site.

We need to have a way to specify the "Home Page".
