Stacked files - watch time stamps

This is an issue with PlexConnect's "stacked file support". I guess we need a ticket on github and a volunteer to fix that. :-)

Well, if you do know your way in .js and python, understand PMS XMLs and the aTV, you could take the chance and modify the code: Fork the code, develop the fix, create a pull-request.
If you don't have that experience, you got to learn... :-D

I think... it should all go into application.js. But that .js code somewhat hard to digest - well, at least for me it is.

Step 2 is still open: start aTV/iOS player in later section/part.
