Cannot build comutilities under vs2010

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download the   csExWBv2.0.0.2_Includes_ComUtilities.zip file
2. Import the solution to VS2010
3. Try building

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Lots of errors, interface issues even after removing. First complains about the 
existing interfaces, which are then removed. Then all the redefinitions of 
WINDOWSHOOK_TYPES, etc.
Are there any specifics on how to actually build the project in VS2010?

What are the OS and IE versions?
Windows 7 Professional 64bit

What version of the product are you using?
csExWBv2.0.0.2

Please provide any additional information below.
Appart from general microsoft hate, not much more info I can give :p
