I don't like our theme... it doesn't feel like a technical blog. I can't really place what I don't like about it. If I find some good examples I'll paste them here.

I like Twitter's devblog. :D https://blog.twitter.com/developer
Ghost also makes a pretty nice looking blog. https://ghost.org/

I don't mind the current theme but I agree that it can definitely be improved. I like Square's blog quite a bit.

I obviously like it, because I chose it. :) At least, I liked it the best out of the pre-made themes. I tend to like very simple themes, like you see on Medium, Svbtle, and a plethora of personal sites, for content-focused sites. And that's what this is, right?

It also has the benefit of being a responsive theme, which I'd put as a requirement in these days of mobile content consumption.

Do you like any of those other things I linked better? I'd be curious to figure out what it is you don't like. I hope it's not just that it doesn't seem technical because most technical people have terrible design sense. :p

I like Square's blog quite a bit.

I like it, too, aside from the #818486 on #cdd0d4 with a thin font. :(

I have no problem with the minimalist nature of it. I think it's a combination of our fonts (too many, too thin, letters a bit close), the lack of logo, the lack of a header with at least some color.

I made a few small css font changes and dropped the 'more' link (imagine that the other ones aren't there):

What do you think?

I know that this is our baby, but has anyone considered asking one of the designers? :)
