Enhancement/UI Tweak: Use arrow keys when selecting a PED and Tattoos

It would be nice to search for a ped using the arrow keys. Searching is great until you forget the name of the next ped you wanted to view.

@jnccloud Just to be clear, you want the ped preview to change on moving between the ped names using the arrow keys? Because right now I believe you can move between ped names using the arrow keys but don't get the preview

Ideally, yes, that would be best. Because I think you either have to click or press enter, and then the ped menu resets while the new ped loads.

okay this might be doable but I'll probably have to rework a lot of stuff and not use the dropdown because it doesn't have any "on item focused" event which makes it harder to implement this smaller, yet difficult change :D But I'll see what I can do
