Do not use SOFTWARE that you do not understand.
Similarly, do not just use SOFTWARE to see what comes out. Do not just apply different SOFTWARE to your data and see what looks best. All of these approaches are unscientific, and conclusions drawn from them are shaky at best.
Give feedback to DEVELOPER.
Consider contributing to a SOFTWARE you care about.
