When mapping token data, the mapper ignores the checkboxes next to the imported tasks and maps them all. It should instead only do tasks that have been checked.

Issue has been resolved. See merge #49

Issue still seems to be occurring, might be related to naming the task and participant ID the same thing, needs investigation
