Third-party cookie error message inappropriately display in Chrome

When using Chrome, the check made for third-party cookies fails and causes a message that third-party cookies are not enabled, even when they are. This triggers a warning in the Chrome console:

This will likely just be a change to the simple page used for third-party cookie checks. The repo where this is held, https://github.com/iVantage/3rdpartycookiecheck, is a fork that has fallen behind its parent and should be updated.
