[Feature request] Show prompt to enable EXIF

Describe the solution you'd like
I think EXIF shouldn't be disabled by defualt. It's standard for camera apps to save metadata associated with date and time. I understand the concern for privacy, but a good compromise would be to show a prompt asking users whether they want metadata. LineageOS does a similar thing with their camera app.
