Describe the bug
When dayjs is set to Slovenian locale and when localized format strings are used for formatting, the displayed date is wrong.
Looking at the locale file, L is set to "DD.MM.YYYY" instead of "D. M. YYYY".

Expected behavior
L format in Slovenian locale should display date as 24. 5. 1992. So day and month should never prepend "0" and space should be added after dots.

No replay? Nice... Also, your whole locale for humanizing dates in Slovenian language is wrong.
