能不能在解析时间出错的情况下，控制台报个错误？ #2009

Describe the bug
我们有些用户用的是低版本的ios safari ，，解析时间出现了 Invalid Date （https://github.com/iamkun/dayjs/issues/2008）

虽然我们前端埋了 sentry 来收集错误，但是由于这个时间解析错误后，没有抛出错误，所以sentry无法捕捉到

结果就是部分用户那边时间无法正常显示，而我们也不知道用户那边不正常

所以就建议，能不能让dayjs 在解析日期时间出错的情况下，控制台抛出一个错误，这样就可以通过sentry来捕捉到
