Wrong price pull and insufficient funds ERROR #5

Base price is pulled with wrong number of digits before the decimal (2051.12345 for real base price 20.51..).

Expecting value: line 1 column 1 (char 0)
[Dec 12 2021 11:50:37]:Invalid BASE price
[Dec 12 2021 11:50:37]:Exiting.

When manual base price is set (6 digits) i get error that i have not enough funds either for buy or sell order.

[Dec 12 2021 11:48:54]:>> Insufficient funds for SELL order
