new features purge cache and edge redirect

Hi,

thanks for the akcli with dns feature, it works really great, I also use purge cache and edge redirect(cloudlets) pretty much everyday, could you please add them when you get a chance?

If so, I can have a look but I personally don't use Akamai for anything but DNS.

yes, thanks for looking into this, I'm also looking into adding cloudlets in there, will submit PR once I'm done.
