Add genAI button to Tabular Data nodes

As of 0.2.8 users can now generate example data easily w Replace and Extend on Textfields and Items nodes. However, they can’t generate or extend tables on Tabular Data.

Tables will require their own prompt engineering to get to work. I’ve tried it on GPT4 and it seems to do a pretty good job extending a table, using our existing ‘state the pattern then generate more data’ strategy. We’ll need to change the system message and the encode/decode functions for the AI suggestion backend system.
