This will help verify the fatigue implementations of both the neuron pool and the muscle fibers.

Did an implementation but the values I'm getting out are wrong, now blocked by #26

The target_force_sim.py script now correctly simulates all tested force levels (20%, 50%, 80%, 100%) and generates charts which match the paper.

PyMuscle Sprint automation moved this from To do to Done Jul 5, 2018
